Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping & Processing Policy

At The Pica Princess, we truly appreciate every order and are committed to preparing and shipping your items as quickly and carefully as possible. 💕

Processing & Shipping Time

Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days after your order has been placed. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided using the contact information submitted with your order.

Sales, Promotions & Product Drops

During high-volume periods, including sales, special promotions, new product drops, and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer than our standard 1–3 business day timeframe.

We appreciate your patience during these periods and will always make every reasonable effort to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care that goes into each order.

Delays & Refunds

All sales are generally considered final. However, if an order experiences an unreasonable processing delay on our behalf, the customer may be offered the option to receive a refund.

Outside of an unreasonable processing delay, refunds will only be considered when there has been an error on our part, such as an incorrect item being sent or another issue directly caused by us.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to verify the circumstances of the request before issuing a refund.
